Unique spice effect
Mark Sage (Bronx, NY) 12/23/2021 2:46 PM
This could be stronger but it has interesting herbal-sweet and spicy qualities reminiscent of helichrysum abs.

subtly spiced, subtly woody, eucalyptus but not too cold
Parker Turtenwald (Olympia, WA) 10/11/2019 1:44 AM
subtle ginger, cardamom effect woody, ambery, maybe a bit musty, reminds me of an old bar of patchouli soap green stems, distinct eucalyptus without too much cold camphor effect. maybe ever the tiniest hint of sweetness buried underneath. I get maybe a very mild slight wood creaminess under the whole thing, but also a tiny hint of scratchy wood or pine wood. By itself, this is probably too eucalyptol and giner-cardamomy to really have the impression of wood. Maybe more like the twig off a eucalyptus tree. I could see this as a somewhat more mild substitute for eucalyptol in fragrances.

Smooth creamy wood
Tony Sanchez (Oakland, CA) 12/10/2018 12:16 PM
The foremost note that I get with this compound is a smooth creamy wood with the other notes in the description in the background. Nice
