The warmth behind citrus notes.
David Goodwin (Madison, WI) 1/9/2019 9:51 PM
It's found in so many flowers, etc but on it's own it is very warming, like benzyl salicylate, but with a more neutral, less obtrusive quality. It is citrus without being citrus. I'm convinced this is part of a grand polarity with calone (watermelon ketone)and Hedione to create the watery CK One. They have an affinity and similarity that could be played with and put in anything. Immensely useful and lovely in its own right.

It have note of weak tee. Mild floral, mild herbal, mild woody. Absolutely soft and cozy. Suitable for balanced delicate flavours.
