We no longer ship to Russia. FedEx will not deliver packages to Russia. 

We no longer ship to Saudi Arabia. You must use a package forwarding company like MYUS for your orders

If you use a package forwarding company and they reject your package we cannot have them ship it back to us!  You must take care of it on your end. Package forwarders sometimes charge hazmat fees for dangerous goods. When you use a package forward company it is considered a domestic shipment to us. 
Domestic shipments do not include SDS sheets. It is your responsibility to make sure your forwarding company has all the paperwork they need to ship your order to you. If you need SDS sheets for your forwarding company, Please, download it on the aroma’s webpage.

Shipping Restrictions: It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules we will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge. 

Shipments to Indonesia require an import license On your end.  Shipments to Serbia require a business license for invoices over $200 US. Please make sure that you meet those requirements as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs. 

Customs regulations and taxes can be different for every country. It is your responsibility to pay for these charges.  Check with your local post office about the procedures in your country.

We cannot guarantee international shipments with orders that use the U.S. Postal Service. We cannot investigate or replace USPS orders once the tracking shows that they have successfully left the U.S.A.

Once your package clears customs it is sent to your local post office. You MUST contact them if you do not receive your package we cannot check on it. Your local post office may hold your package instead of delivering it.  Your post office should leave a notice at your address Once they leave the notice (regardless if you find the notice) they are not responsible for guaranteeing that you receive your package. We are not responsible for it either. International shipping has its problems. This is a risk you take.

Once we have shipped your order there's nothing we can do to guarantee it gets to you. We do not refund or replace lost or confiscated packages. 

Please track your package to see if you need to go to your post office to retrieve it.

Please know once the package has left the United States and is in Transit we cannot track it.

It can take 35 days or more to reach you.

If your order says in transit then it means the order is on the way to you and we can not tract it.
