International shipping:

Worldwide First class does not always have tracking info. Tracking is only available to select destinations. There is no way for us or the post office to track your package and we do not guarantee you will get your shipment and cannot refund lost packages. To be sure you get your package use U.S Postal Priority.

We will email you if tracking info is available.

We will contact you if tracking is not available so you can change your shipping option or chance it.

Please register to check you're tracking information. Once your package clears customs it is sent to your local post office. You MUST contact them if you do not receive your package we cannot check on it. Your local post office may hold your package instead of delivering it.  Your post office should leave a notice at your address Once they leave the notice (regardless if you find the notice) they are not responsible for guaranteeing that you receive your package. We are not responsible for it either. International shipping has its problems. Ultimately it is a risk you take. 

Once we have shipped your order there's nothing we can do to guarantee it gets to you. We do not refund or replace lost packages.  

Custom regulations and taxes can be different for every country. It is your responsibility to pay for these charges.  Check with your local post office about the procedures in your country.
