Nice

Fruity and minty is the best way to describe the opening of this note. After some time it starts to reveal more and more of the typical Ambrette nutty musk. Nothing animalic or funky here at all, and is definitely more pleasant than traditional ambrette. I can see how this would DEFINITELY provide base to a fruity accord. I can also see this working well as a compliment to a dominant sandalwood composition. It's interesting and useful.

A gentler take on ambrette
Mechanical Stream (Los Angeles) 6/27/2014 7:47 PM
A subtle and light animalic note with both sweet and slightly minty facets. This would be great in a number of blends, and would be well suited against other musks or in an amber. It has a slight eugenol vibe to it.
