Powerful modifier

Fantastic material that may seem too sharp or "difficult" at first, but works in synergy with florals and musks. It is a strong material, trace amounts add complexity and help display the waxy character of white florals, where the concept of a waxy, dewy petal may be needed. On its own it smells greener and somewhat bitter than when blended, it must be allowed to develop during curing. It also provides a natural accent when combined with green leaf, hyacinth or cyclamen accords.
Great for chypre blends

This has some meat to it & some longevity. Tried it in a basic chypre and it really made a lovely impression. Would use this in more masculine non-flowery concoctions.
Powerful fruity-jasmine modifier

Like many jasmine chemicals, this is not particularly impressive on its own, but adds diffusive power to fragrances. Odor is like cis-jasmone, but with the celery aspects replaced by peach. Demo formulas show it typically used around 0.1% in the concentrate.
Waxy, aldehydic kind of material.

Slightly waxy and almost aldehydic kind of material. It may work as support for jasmine, but it doesn't bear that much of a resemblance on its own. A touch of the indole might be found here, but otherwise it borders more on waxy citrus peel.
