Essential Oils
Our essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts are diluted for perfume use. Most are in a 10% solution. These solutions are great for perfuming and enable the perfumer to create balance and body in perfume. They can contribute naturalness to your finished product. Many essential oils can be harmful if used directly on the skin. Please take great care using these materials in their natural, uncut state. Not all essential oils are safe in perfume. The ones we have chosen here are all in the perfect dilution to ensure balance.
All Essential Oils are sold in 1/2 ounce size.
Rosemary - Top note, aromatic, warm, woody, green, herbal.

Sweet Orange 5 Fold - Top note, adds sweetness and natural fruit. used in oriental. Through extended distillation, turpenes are removed from the 5 fold oil rendering more suitable for perfume.

Tangerine - Top note, sweet, fruit, slightly, green, citrus.

Tea Tree -top note. Eucalyptus like, herbal, green, sharp, aromatic. Used in mens perfumes.

Vetiver - Base note, wood, Green, earthy herbal, spicy, great in mens and citrus perfumes.

Violet Leaf - Middle note, sharp, green, earthy, herbal. adds natural notes.

Wild Orange - top note. Bright, green, fruit, fresh, citrus. More zing then sweet orange.

ylang ylang complete,sweet, floral, rich ,full body ,less herbal than ylang ylang eo. oriental. Some perfumers think its a MUST to add to aldehyde perfumes.

Amber like warm and heavy. Acts as a fixative in perfumes and is widely used in the perfumery industry.
